MOTHER OF THE BRIDE

This rom-com, starring a plethora of well-known faces, is about Lana, a mother who suddenly finds out that her daughter Emma has decided to get married out of the blue. Although a little confused but thoroughly excited about this new chapter in her daughter’s life, she is shocked when she comes across her son-in-law’s father. As if a blast from the past, she was once in a relationship with RJ’s father Will, who thoroughly broke her heart in college after he ghosted her.

Face to face once more, Lana and Will have an awkward and uncomfortable reunion, although she is adamant about keeping things civil for the sake of her daughter’s happiness, things go out of control! However, after a rather uncomfortable incident, Lana comes in front of the dashing Lucas and the two strike up a romance, making Will jealous. Lana and Will start to get close slowly making things more and more complicated. Will Lana be able to forgive her ex-boyfriend and explore their relationship once more or will she choose Lucas instead?
