8 Horror Films That Don’t Feature Catholicism: Phenomena, X, Us and More

Horror films are extremely fun to watch. However, when the themes become all the same, and the genre is possessed (pun intended) by the same motivations, it is repetitive. To combat that energy, we have decided to compile some of the films in this genre that don’t feature catholicism at all. These films have less to do with the ever-loving natures of the angel and devil and more to do with the scathing indictment of the human experience. So without further ado, here are some of the films that you should check out this weekend.

Horror Films That Don’t Feature Catholicism

Pearl

In what seems like a classic noir film, Mia Goth comes back into the X universe to tell another story about an actor who absolutely loses her mind and goes on a killing spree, sending multiple people to their gruesome deaths. In this film, she wants to be the biggest star the world has ever seen, and her Machiavellian spirit is not one that will stop her. Stream the film now on Amazon Prime Video.
