On 19th December 2024, South Korean Boyband GOT7 surprised fans with a teaser of their long-awaited comeback after an almost 3-year-long wait. The band’s official account put an image of the members together with the data of their upcoming comeback mentioned right below. Alongside this, the posts from the members through their individual Instagram accounts only added fuel to the excitement spreading, making fans cheer with happiness.
GOT7 is a seven-member band including Jay B, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom that debuted on January 16, 2017, with their first mini album Got It? With members from The United States, Hong Kong, South Korea and Thailand, this is a multinational group that has been loved by fans since their debut.
Formed by JYP Entertainment, the band departed the company soon after the expiration of their contract. However, the members have been delivering group and solo projects during this time. Soon after, the South Korean members also departed for their mandatory military service and on November 30, 2024, there had been talks about the band reuniting for the release of their album. Soon after, the members Jay B and BamBam also spoke about the same, though the official announcement came today.
The announcement came as a streak of happiness for fans who have been patiently waiting for the members to reunite since their last project which was a self-titled EP GOT7. Now, the news of their upcoming album has wrapped fans in a joyous atmosphere after the band dropped a teaser poster of them together in sleek black outfits that have got their beloved fans gasping.

The members, all dressed in black, look ready to hit the Kpop industry with one of the biggest hits in 2025 when they will be releasing their new album.
