In the year 2059, nobody can work during the day since the sun’s heat is unbearable; hence, they travel at night. When the sun goes down, the duo resume their trip. Suddenly, their truck is stopped by the police in Madhya Pradesh. When the cops started to check and cause a stir, Neel shoots the three cops and rushes Gaurav to drive the truck. Meanwhile, we see a woman being alerted about this news, and she sends three drone cameras to keep an eye on the cargo. Gaurav and Neel argue, but the latter confirms that this job is essential since it can be the only way out.
Then they reach Varanasi, and at a clothes shop, they meet the madam, Anusha. Anusha gives them new orders to deliver the parcel to Amritsar, which must be done during the day since the cops are alerted. The parcels unlock only with Anusha’s thumbprint. Anusha shows them a car where fake French are pasted on the doors so that they will look like relief workers. She instructs them how to survive the heat since it can even melt the road.
Anush introduces a scientist, Harbaksh Mann, and says he will assist them to Amritsar. All three of them drive to Amritsar amidst the heat. Neel asks Harbaksh about the seeds inside the parcel, to which he responds that those are rice seeds stolen from Svalbard. When Gaurav makes Neel use a microscope app to check the needs, it is figured that the seeds are authentic, unlike lab-produced ones.
The woman tracking Neel and Gaurav informs an Alpha employee that the targets escaped. Meanwhile, during the drive, three kids try to shoot a mango using a catapult, but it breaks the car’s window. Neel fires a gun to scare the kids, but one child suffers a stroke due to the heat. Neel steps down to save him, but soon he passes out due to the scorching sun. Gaurav takes them inside the car and drives to the kid’s village.

Gaurva and Harbaksh carry Neel inside the child’s home and find the drone tracking them. Since Neel’s body has to be cooled down, Gaurav rushes to fetch Ice, asking Harbaksh to watch over Neel. During this time, the woman (tracker) comes to the spot and demands the seeds. Neel rushes out and fires at the lady, but he gets shot. When the woman tries to finish him, the mother’s child pleads to let him go. However, Gaurav distracts her, and just in time, the mother kills the woman with a glass piece. Sadly, Neel dies.
Extrapolations Episode 5 Ending
Now Gaurav and Harbaksh drive to Amritsar. On reaching, Harbaksh gives Gaurav a packet of seeds and tells him that this is as equal to the magic beanstalk story. Gaurav takes the bus to the village where Neel died. When he walks by, he hears the thunder. He sits in Neel’s wheelchair, and it starts to rain. The kid that Neel saved out comes out to enjoy the rain. Gaurav hands the kid the rice seed packet and says it is magic, which ultimately means that natural crops can be produced.
Final Thoughts
The reason behind the rain could be because of Gita and Rowan’s plan of recreating volcanic ash method to cool down the earth. Since Harbaksh now has rice seeds, he can mass produce them to bring back India’s agricultural status. Hopefully, the world will heal but evil companies like Alpha exist. So, will the world heal, or the business corporations keep ruining the resources?
