Bless the Harts Episode 2 Review

Bless The Harts episode 2 released on 5th October 2020 and revolves around Jenny’s attempt to save The Last Supper, a Seafood dine-in hotel, from taking a hit due to another upcoming restaurant called Lord Lobster. The Last Supper fears that they are in danger of financial ruins and they might even have to shut down if Lord Lobster comes forward with their grandeur and extravagant commercials. They, thereafter, decide to shoot a commercial to save the diner but, as Jenny says, they all behave like ‘butts.’ The commercial is finally made with every possible poor edit and Lord Lobster ultimately doesn’t pave their way near The Last Supper but is the united townspeople commercial the main reason?

We are introduced to a lot of townsfolks in Bless The Harts episode 2 and yes, Jesus (voiced by Kumail Nanjiani) is back again in episode 2 or maybe I should say he never left! The episode focuses more on the unity the town has and how much they love their town Greenpoint. The episodes are wholesome and engaging and, towards the end, always offer meaning and gradually, the character depth and thoughts are brought forward through small everyday situations. Mundane and relatable! The episode, in its own way, aims at showing the commercialization of humble towns and folks and how their livelihood is slapped with modernization and capitalism where they lose the humane side of affairs.

Bless The Harts Episode 2

In comparison to the first season, the second scene has seen a growth in its animation technique whereas the storyline remains constant, revolving around the Harts and their day-to-day struggles and stories like every middle-class family.
