Community Squad Plot/Synopsis

This series is an Argentinian show focusing on a local group of urban guards who will protect the community against harm. However, many people are convinced that these people are just being used as a decoy and that the actual protectors of the community are still police officers. Gathering all the members from the minority community in the area is not a good idea when this whole squad is just a front used by the police to talk about diversity and inclusion.

Police officers and the people of the community treat them like a joke. A person with short stature is treated like a child, but he doesn’t mind too much. Other people are using their powers as urban guards to make small decisions, like stopping a man with a bicycle to let the geese cross the road or badly navigating traffic. Meanwhile, the police are trying their level best to exaggerate just how inclusive they have been with their choice, using the group picture as a playground for the editors to make drastic changes.

However, things have started to change as members of the guard have caught someone conducting unscrupulous activities in front of them. The protagonist has been charting down their plans and appearances, making note of them for the future and really coming into his own as an urban guard for the community. The gang members are scared because they know these people essentially have nothing to lose.

They will be relentless in their pursuit of truth and justice. Meanwhile, gang members and police officers are asking them to lay off. It is more comedic than actually threatening, and the criminals know just what kind of trouble they are getting into. The show promises some well-defined humour, action sequences and a little romance sprinkled to keep the spirit alive. Community Squad is coming to Netflix screens to give people some interesting humour while keeping in mind the pandering that comes with inclusive diversity.
