American Idol Top 5 are finally here, and after a tough competition all throughout American Idol 2025, these top singers are all that fans of the show are discussing on X! However, not all fans are happy with the results of the latest elimination round, where one of their top favourites had to leave the show. Meanwhile, at Disney Night American Idol, all contestants gave some of their best performances, which had fans loving the show.
American Idol 2025 continues the legacy this show has built and brings together some of the best singers in the country to compete for the ultimate title! After auditioning talents from all over the country, the numbers went from 144 to 62, which slowly made its way to 24, Top 20, and so on. Now, the American Idol Top 5 of this year’s competition have been selected, and you know it’s a big deal because these are the best out there this year! Meanwhile, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie take up their place on the judge’s panel alongside the season four winner Carrie Underwood, who has replaced Katy Perry on the panel for this season. And finally, hosting the show is none other than Ryan Seacrest!
American Idol contestants who were competing for the top 5 position- John Foster, Jamal Roberts, Mattie Pruitt, Thunderstorm Artis, Slater Nalley, Gabby Samone, and Breanna Nix- were definitely among the best of the best. Every one of these idols has given fabulous performances throughout the show, so there was no doubt that this time’s elimination was going to be a tough call. So, who went home on American Idol tonight, at last? It was, unfortunately, Gabby Samone, and fans are not happy with the result of this elimination.

The American Idol voting is surely fierce as fans of the idols are all rushing to ensure that their favorite wins. Unfortunately, even their votes could not save their favourite, which is bringing about a huge disappointment on X (formerly known as Twitter). As fans of the show are rushing to share their opinion and disappointment on social media, others are rejoicing seeing their favorite safe. There are many ways in which fans can cast their American Idol vote 2025, but with not enough support, not everyone is able to make it past their elimination.
However, this doesn’t diminish the fierceness among fans to save their favourites, and this battle is going to continue for some more time, as we have already come to the top 5. With some more rounds to go and a few more changes to vote on, fans are showing their support with everything they have got.
