However, what makes her story all the more moving is her deep connection to her faith and the church that eventually contributed, in a way, to how her relationship with her pastor became more and more toxic and complicated.
We see unseen footage of her life before and after her marriage to JP, drawing attention to her relationship with her first husband and how her relationship with JP started. The interviews with her friends and family are the most interesting part of the series and showcase the more complex side to how her faith ultimately became her biggest enemy.
