Jon M. Chu’s Wicked is taking over screens all over the world as it takes on the famous (or infamous) characters of the classic Wizard of Oz and shines it with a new light. The musical fantasy had already garnered attention long before its release with a stunning trailer, talented cast, and reviews from its pre-release that had everyone curious. The plot follows Elphaba’s journey of becoming the Wicked Witch of the West and her unexpected friendship with her classmate Glinda who is later known as Glinda the Good.
