Welcome to Samdal-ri (웰컴투 삼달리) is a Korean rom-com with a story that is as beautiful as the wide sea that is here to bring together two lost souls. Directed by Cha Young-hoon, the drama stars Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hye-sun, Seo Hyun-chul, Kim Mi-hwa, Yang Kyung-won, and Baek Hyun-joo alongside other cast members.
The Kdrama brings the life of two islanders who return home after experiencing tragic loss and a wish to make a change. As the two work towards their goals, these prior best friends find a moment to rekindle their friendship and maybe something more. Watch as Jo Yong-pil and Jo Sam-dal find new meanings to life with their unexpected encounter.

Welcome to Samdal-ri Episode 13 Prediction
Sam-dal is unable to get over Sang-tae’s words and tries to avoid Yong-pil as much as possible, however, he is not ready to give up this time. Meanwhile, she tries to talk about this with Sang-do but he can no longer hold back his feelings and wishes to confess. Elsewhere, Yong-pil is ready to do all it takes to convince Sang-tae, but will he succeed?
On the other hand, Sang-tae’s mother makes her way to the ocean which scares him while Mi-ja goes behind the old lady to make sure that she is safe. Elsewhere, Yong-pil finds out that the place Sam-dal has gone to is soon going to be hit by the high tides. Will he reach her on time?
Welcome to Samdal-ri Episode 12 Recap
Following the trip on the hill, Sam-dal and Yong-pil get closer and accidentally spend the night at their hideout while sleeping together which is seen by Mi-ja. The next day, Sam-dal rushes home after finding out that her mother saw her with Yong-pil. She asks Mi-ja if she can be with Yong-pil but gets no answer.
Meanwhile, Jin-dal makes her way to the theme park meeting. Back in Seoul, Eun-ju is once again threatened by Sam-dal’s popularity and throws another bomb to reignite the fire that had died down. Soon, a video of Sam-dal being slapped and hit by Eun-ju’s mother spreads like fire and makes everyone in Samdal-ri angry.
However, Sam-dal no longer feels hurt by the words spreading around as she no longer feels lonely. She is surrounded by her loved ones and is happy about being back home. Meanwhile, Eun-ju makes her way to Jeju Island for a photo shoot, however, her behaviour towards her assistants makes them quit.
She then makes her way to Samdal-ri as she is sure that she will not run into Sam-dal there and will also get a good theme for the shoot. However, she is recognised by the people there and is soon chased by them. Meanwhile, Mi-ja sees her in front of her and throws a bucket filled with vinegar on her.
This shocks Sam-dal while Mi-ja finally gets to take off the anger she has in her heart. Sam-dal too warns Eun-ju to leave the town as this is her turf and will not welcome Eun-ju here. Later, Mi-ja promises herself to no longer let her daughters be bullied. Meanwhile, Sam-dal tells Yong-pil that she will not be returning to Seoul.
Later, Sang-tae rushes in to see the two together and questions Sam-dal why she came back which helps Yong-pil understand why she broke up with him all those years back.

Following his groundbreaking role in The Worst of Evil, Ji Chang-wook is back again with a different genre that shows a different side of this versatile actor. Accompanying him in creating this magic is the wonderful Shin Hye-sun who left us awestruck with her role in See You in My 19th Life, and is back with more for us all.
