And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 9 Review: Things Are Moving Too Fast and Getting Too Hot to Handle

And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 9 Review: This HBO series is developed by Michael Patrick King. It serves as the revival and a sequel of the old classic Sex and the City which was created by Darren Star, based on Candace Bushnell’s newspaper column and 1996 book anthology of the same name.

The main cast for the show features Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, Cynthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbes, Kristin Davis as Charlotte York Goldenblatt, Mario Cantone as Anthony Marentino, David Eigenberg as Steve Brady, Evan Handler as Harry Goldenblatt, Sara Ramirez as Che Diaz and Sarita Choudhury as Seema Patel. Other cast members include Nicole Ari Parker as Lisa Todd Wexley, Karen Pittman as Dr. Nya Wallace, Bobby Lee as Jackie Nee, Chris Jackson as Herbert Wexley, LeRoy McClain as Andre Rashad Wallace, Cathy Ang as Lily Goldenblatt, Alexa Swinton as Rose Goldenblatt, Niall Cunningham as Brady Hobbes, Cree Cicchino as Luisa Torres, Ivan Hernandez as Franklyn and Brenda Vaccaro as Gloria Marquette.

There are going to be some new faces in the second season. We will see John Corbett as Aidan Shaw, and Candice Bergen as Enid Frick alongside Tony Danza, Sam Smith and Victor Garber. The biggest surprise is, of course, the return of Kim Cattrall as Samantha Jones.

The eighth episode of And Just Like That Season 2 is out now. The episode is written by Julie Rottenberg & Elisa Zuritsky and is titled ‘A Little Space Between Friends’. The runtime of the episode is 45-60 approximately minutes.

And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 9 Review

Fans were sceptical about what it meant when Carrie called Big a mistake in her last episode. However, in And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 9, all these doubts are cleared because Carrie is going all-in with this man. How to do we know that? Well, she has had a nice vacation with Aidan’s boys, a bittersweet chat with his ex-wife and, is now ready to sell her apartment for him!

Yes, you heard it right! Aidan has maintained that Carrie’s apartment haunts him with bad memories and, we SATC fans really understand what he means. However, the arrangement at Che’s apartment for Aidan and Carrie falls apart in this episode, for which our diva’s quick solution is selling her present apartment and buying a new one, spacious enough to keep Aidan and his boys. It seems like a big commitment and the worm about tif Carrie will see the end of it still lurks in our heads.

Irrespective of anything, Seema goes ahead to show Carrie some fantastic apartments and the latter’s heart settles down on one. In fact, Miranda even comments on moving in because living with Nya seems a little unpredictable now with the professor’s date moving around the apartment all the time.

And talking of unpredictability, we had to encounter a new and unexpected relationship in this episode- Brady and Lily! So Miranda’s son and Charlotte’s daughter are possibly hooking up or dating, which sends the entire trio reeling. In all honesty, this hot is too heavy to handle at this point.

Additionally, we have some baby-birth arcs dropping on us and someone being a hot mess making this episode really wild and unpredictable as far as And Just Like That Season 2 goes.

And Just Like That Season 2 Episode 9: Final Thoughts

Don’t ask us what is happening and why, because, dear lovers, we have no clue either. The show is jumping on everything and, now even Brady and Lily are a part of this bad writing scheme. Carrie seems cruelly unhinged and Seema’s losing her Samantha-esque vibes. The only hope is for Miranda and Charlotte to team up to redeem the status of this drama.
