Dr Romantic Season 3 Overview
Dr Romantic season 3 (낭만닥터 김사부3) is the latest season of the romance medical Kdrama of the same name directed by Yoo In-shik. The show stars Han Seok-kyu, Lee Sung-kyung, Ahn Hyo-seop, Kim Joo-heon, So Ju-yeon, and Jin Kyung, alongside other cast members.
The new season brings the grand opening of Doldam Trauma Centre but with new challenges as Kim Sa-bu and his team face them in their professional and personal lives. As the scale of incidents and accidents that the hospital has to manage, the team has to provide top-quality care for their patients.
Dr Romantic season 3 takes over SBS’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Taxi Driver season 2.

The medical staff begin evacuating, however, Kim Sa-bu is nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Assemblyman Ko looks for help in the empty trauma centre after getting into an accident. The rescue continues, but will Doldam survive the fire and emerge once again?
Dr Romantic Season 3 Episode 15 Recap
Another face returns to Doldam in time of crisis as the forest fire brings in endless patients in need of help. Woo-jin makes the protestors realise their duty towards the patients who come to Doldam and brings them back to the trauma centre. Meanwhile, Sun-woong momentarily loses faith in himself when he is unable to see the burn on a patient’s body.
Elsewhere, In-su is disheartened by the loss of a paramedic’s life while Dong-ju’s takes a different approach when dealing with Eun-jae and the others. As two teams enter the operation rooms, Kim Sa-bu’s dreams become a reality, but not for long because he soon gets the news of the forest fire heading towards Doldam.
Left with no choice, he has Min-guk handle the evacuation process while he enters the operating room to save a life. Woo-jin too enters the room after finishing his surgery to speed up the process and in this way, Kim Sa-bu’s dream team comes together for their first and probably last surgery at the Trauma Centre.
The team soon finish the rescue and Kim Sa-bu breaks the news after which he leaves to take one last look at his dream. Suddenly, he hears the voice of a woman calling out to him which makes him turn around. Elsewhere, everyone begins looking for Kim Sa-bu.
