Dreamcatcher is preparing for their upcoming comeback, Apocalypse From Us, slated to premiere this May. Intriguing teasers, mysterious videos and more in the lot are dropping now and then to pull Insomnia (fans of the group) deeper into the comeback fever, especially since the K-pop girl group last released one of its proper albums in October 2022.
Formed by Happyface Entertainment, the group has 7 members – JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Handong, Yoohyeon, Dami and Gahyeon – and has unveiled the new schedule for the forthcoming album drop on May 3, 2023, on its official social media platforms. The new promotions will mark the release of the group’s 8th mini album, introducing the third and final act of the Apocalypse trilogy previously preceded by the full album Save Us in April 2022 and Follow Us in October.

The first step to the final album release is the commencement of the pre-order period, which begins tomorrow, i.e., May 4. After that, three sets of teaser images will start dropping from May 8 till May 10; however, the group teaser will be unmasked on May 12. The track list for the album is yet to be announced as well, which will kickstart even more speculations on the part of the fans. All song titles of this EP will come to light on May 15, while a mystery lyrics spoiler will be outed on May 17.
A highlight medley, lending a brief listening experience for each track on the album will revealed on May 19, which will then be followed by a dance preview on May 22. Finally, the ultimate countdown to D-day will kick in when the music video teaser is released on May 23.

Dreamcatcher is well known for its rock-driven and hard-hitting discography, which has also always been reflected in its robust choreographies. However, the previously unveiled Mystery Code teaser picture hints at the possibilities of a summery and cheerful vibe taking over the septet’s concept.

Having debuted in January 2017 with the single album Nightmare, the girl group last released a nostalgic special single for their 6th anniversary – Reason, the same title as their 2023 world tour. Their entire discography is streaming on Spotify.
The new Dreamcatcher comeback schedule states that the upcoming album will release on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 6 PM KST. And the same deadline will be followed for the release schedule of the leading song’s music video.
