Although Tully uses her influence and money to purchase a private plane,  she is also experiencing financial difficulties.

Why is Tully having money problems? Apparently, Tully has been sued by Wilson King, and she is now unable to pay her legal fees. She is fortunately helped by Justin, who advises her to do a docuseries and post online to keep her famedom and earn money. In her docuseries, Tully documents her search for her father. Tully finally locates her father, but also finds he has passed away. However, her father knew who his daughter was before he died, and Tully also previously met him as a stranger.
