Although he doesn’t have any plans like that, he is persistently pursued by William Crozon, who wants him to be the voice of all immigrants and minorities. On the other hand, Stéphane has his own personal issues to deal with, as he is trying IVF treatments with his wife and looking after the troubled teens, to keep them out of trouble.

When Lamine gets arrested, Stéphane also gets behind bars when trying to get the kid out and that’s when he decides to run for president. William shows him how many people are rooting for him and that he could help all of these people. His wife Marion is opposed to the idea but reluctantly gives him the nod. However, what they don’t know is that William is not who he portrays.

While Blé is gearing up to do things properly with getting his own team, sponsors etc.

When they get in the race officially, the office is attacked by two assailants, but thanks to Mo’s security cameras, Stéphane identifies the arsonists. They were sent by his cousin who works with Eric Andrei. When the attack doesn’t deter him, Andrei tries to get dirt on William and threatens to expose him. Thus later, they head to Corrèze, a rural town unlikely to appreciate team Blé’s vibe and to discourage him from the elections.

But things go in Stéphane’s favour as he gets a suicidal villager to surrender but instead gets shot by another. The bullet affects his testicular area and while in the hospital, Andrei tries to capitalize on Stéphane’s injury. And Yasmine begins to suspect Will has an ulterior motive. He decides to go through with IVF treatments with Marion and go back to his old life. However, when Lamine seems disappointed with his decision and confesses that it broke his own dreams, he thinks of going back again to show Lamine that things can get better for people like them. On a brighter note, somebody leaks the private emails of Andrei and Durandeau, which indicates corruption and money laundering, leading to their exit from the candidacy.

This is the perfect time for Stéphane to get back in the game, but on Andrei’s orders Lamine is set up for a trap, where he is handed a bag full of drugs and just then police will be called on him. But Lamine pushed one of the boys hard to the ground and runs away. He calls Marion for help, who takes her to a hotel and stays down low.

Along with Stéphane, they try to keep him hidden till the elections are over but the boy that was pushed, on recovering, names Lamine as his assailant. On the other hand, the final running candidates – Stéphane and Corinne face off in a televised debate but pointed questions and surprise guests like his dad, whom he didn’t see in the last 27 years, dominate the evening.
