Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 5: Games, Trains and Automobiles
So many things happened in Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 4 that it was only normal for another episode to be purely dedicated to its aftermath and where the characters are heading next. In Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 5, we see Julien pursue her romantic affair with Graham. Yes, this is the same married man in the last episode we saw! Meanwhile, Audrey is seen having a troubling time with Aki and Max away on a trip with Obie.
Why a trip away with Obie? Well, turns out nobody’s got Obie’s back and, even family is vicious when it comes to him. So he tries to find some solace in a boys’ trip away. Another person having a wild weekend in this episode is our angry young Zoya, still not talking to her father and having a time of her life with Shan, only it isn’t so great the morning after it’s all over.
As for getting to know Mike’s true purpose in the last episode to unmask Gossip Girl in the previous episode, it was only natural that Kate to lay low in this episode. She tried to find the root of where Mike Shubin was coming from and seemingly came across something bigger than either of them. Well, investigations always get dirty anyway, right?
Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 5: Final Thoughts
Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 5 was kind of a downer in comparison to the previous episodes. In fact, there was not much movement in the latest episode of Gossip Girl apart from the Obie fiasco and JC’s newfound love story that might soon take a dangerous turn. Well, it at least has the potential too, unlike, Zoya’s. Hopefully, the next episodes will pick up soon on the pacing and storyline.
