In the last episode of His Dark Materials Season 3, we saw that the Subtle Knife ended up breaking when Will was trying to use it to escape with Lyra from Marisa’s clutches. With the Subtle Knife broken, it is going to be really difficult for our main characters to survive now. However, in the context of The Amber Spyglass which is the novel the third season is based on, we might see Lorek mending the knife for Will and Lyra.
