As we all know, military service in South Korea is mandatory for all men and even our favourite actors and superstars cannot avoid it no matter what. While it is sad to say goodbye to our favourite South Korean actors enlisted for military, we can only wish for their well-being as we wait for their return soon.
This year too will have us say goodbye to some of our favourite artists and while this is definitely a sad list, it is better to be prepared for when the time comes.
So here’s a list of our favourite South Korean artists who are set to enlist in the military this year.

Kang Tae-oh
The Extraordinary Attorney Woo actor has really become our beloved after the show where he walked around with green flags all over him. However, he is all set for the military and has recently announced that he will be enlisting on September 20 as an active-duty soldier.
Kim Min-gue
The beloved actor from A Business Proposal who stole our hearts with his cool dude aura and captivating looks is also set to enlist in the military soon. That’s right, almost 10 years after his acting debut the star is all set to enlist in the military, and while it is saddening, let us look forward to his return.

Kim Jong-in aka Kai
The EXO idol made his debut as an actor in 2016 and has been a part of various projects in different industries, but now it is time for him to enlist in the military for his mandatory service. The star is among the last members of the group (including Sehun) to join the military and we are really looking forward to the return of this multi-talented star.
Oh Se-hun (Sehun)
The maknae of EXO and another talented actor who has won our hearts is all set to enlist in the military and while we will miss his presence for quite some time, let us stay excited about his upcoming projects!

The actor has been in the eyes of the public due to various reasons in the past few months, but this time it is because of his upcoming military service. With Vigilante being announced as his last project before his enlistment, fans are happy yet sad as they wish him good luck for the future.

After his debut in 2015, Na In-woo is yet another actor whose military service is coming close and we are preparing ourselves to say goodbye to yet another talent. Let us look forward to the amazing projects that this star will be taking part in upon his return.
