Welcome to Wedding Hell, also known as 결혼백서, is a fresh new Korean drama coming to Netflix on May 23, 2022. Starring Lee Jin-uk, Lee Yeon-hee, and Song Jin-woo, alongside other cast members. Lee Jin-uk was last seen on Bulgasal: Immortal Souls and will be seen next in Sweet Home 2 meanwhile Lee Yun-hee was last seen in MBC’s 2020 show The Game: Towards Zero with Ok Taec Yeon and in the 2021 film New Year Blues with Kim Kang-woo, Yoo In-na and Yoo Yeon-seok. The series is created by Song Je-young, Seo Joo-wan and Choi I-rang.

Netflix officially describes the series as: “A marriage proposal is supposed to be a happy ending. But for one couple, it becomes the beginning of an uphill struggle over wedding preparations.”

As mentioned above, the series will feature Lee Jin-uk, Lee Yeon-hee, and Song Jin-woo along with Hwang Seung-eon, Kim Joo-yeon (Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Happiness) and Kim Mi-kyung (Forecasting Love and Weather) in supporting roles.

Welcome to Wedding Hell Release Date and More

Releasing on May 23, the series promises lots of drama, love and heartbreak. The series will also come with some realistic discussions surrounding the process of the wedding and that it’s not a piece of cake!

It promises 12 episodes, with a runtime of around 30 minutes, with its last episode airing on June 15, 2022. The series will air 3 episodes every week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) at 7PM KST.
