The Instagram account of Netflix Korea just released the new stills from The Sound of Magic. This fantasy drama series is a story of a magician who lives in an abandoned theme park and one day a high school girl finds him. The magician has a special spell that can solve any problem. He is kind, funny and helpful but he is also mysterious.
The Sound of Magic is based on the webtoon of the name Annara Sumanara which is also the magician’s special spell. The series has a star cast like Ji Chang-wook, Hwang In-yeop and Choi Seung-eun.

In the aesthetic news still, we can see handsome Ji Chang-wook as a magician in his suit shuffling the cards. In another picture, he looks like he is showing Choi Seung-eun a magic trick in a garden filled with yellow flowers.
As we know it is going to be a musical drama, we see a glimpse of it in pictures where Hwang In-yeop plays the guitar while Choi Seung-eun sits at her study table on a lush green farm with winds flowing. Ji Chang-wook is on the stage in his magician coat on stage with confetti flying all around him. He poses like he has just performed a great magic trick and is getting applauded by the audience.

Lastly, we find these beautiful pictures from the abandoned theme park. The theme park really looks like it is abandoned during the day with all the creepers grown on the buildings and we can see this empty and silent space with only shadows of the things. However, another picture shows a carousel shining with golden and purple lights at night. We can see the magician’s trick in a picture where he blows all the money in the sky.
The Sound of Magic will release on 9th May 2022 on Netflix.
